The line graph compares how many hours a month adults in Country N spent on four different ways of learning over a fifteen-year period from 2010 to 2025.
Overall, online courses grew dramatically and became the most popular form of learning by the end of the period. Workplace training also increased slightly, whereas evening classes and self-study with books both declined.
In 2010, adults spent only one hour a month on online courses, the lowest figure of the four. This rose gradually to five hours in 2019, overtaking evening classes, before climbing sharply to nine hours in 2022 and ten hours in 2025. Workplace training remained relatively stable, at four or five hours for most of the period, and reached six hours in the final year.
By contrast, evening classes, which were the most common form of learning in 2010 at six hours a month, fell steadily to just two hours by 2022 and then levelled off. Self-study with books followed a similar but less dramatic pattern, decreasing from five hours to three over the fifteen years.

Secondly, I would be grateful if you could send me an official letter confirming that I am a student at the college. I am applying for a promotion at work, and my manager has asked for evidence that I am taking this course.
If the Saturday group is already full, I would be happy to join the online version of the course instead, as long as the final assessment is the same.

🧩 3. Ngôn ngữ trọng tâm – 10 phút
- Academic – đa dạng động từ: climb, plunge, fluctuate, level off, peak at, remain stable; danh từ hóa: a sharp rise in…, a steady decline in….
- GT – yêu cầu lịch sự kèm lý do: I would like to ask whether…, as…; I would be grateful if you could…, since…; as long as….
⚠️ Lỗi band 5 hay gặp: dùng một động từ cho mọi câu (increased… increased… increased). Band 6 cần đa dạng nhưng chính xác – đừng dùng plunge cho mức giảm nhẹ.
