In many countries, including Vietnam, young adults often continue to live with their parents after they start working. Some people believe this is the best choice until marriage, while others think young people should move out as soon as they have a job. This essay will discuss both views, but I believe it depends on each person's situation.
On the one hand, there are several reasons why young adults may prefer to stay at home. Firstly, rent in big cities is very expensive, so living with parents helps them save money for the future. For example, a young office worker in a big city may have to spend a large part of their salary on a small rented room. Secondly, staying together allows young people to look after their parents as they get older, which is an important tradition in many Asian families.
On the other hand, other people argue that living independently helps young adults become more mature. When they pay their own bills, cook and clean for themselves, they learn financial responsibility and practical skills. They also have more privacy and less pressure from their parents about their jobs or relationships. In my view, these skills are very useful later in life, especially when they start their own family.
In conclusion, both choices have clear benefits. Living with parents can save money and keep families close, while living alone can teach independence and responsibility. Personally, I think young adults who can afford it should try living independently for a few years, but those who need to save money or care for their parents should not feel pressure to move out.

Thanks for asking. Online meetings save time, because nobody needs to travel, and people working from home can join easily. On the other hand, meeting in the office helps us discuss problems more quickly and get to know new team members.
Personally, I'd prefer an office meeting once a month and online meetings for the other weeks. I think this would give us the benefits of both.
