The maps compare the layout of Riverside Park in 2010 with its current layout.
Overall, the park has been redesigned to offer more facilities for families and outdoor activities. The most noticeable changes are the larger lake and the removal of the car park, while the café has remained in the same place.
In the northern part of the park, the tennis courts in the north-west corner have been replaced by an adventure playground. The pond in the middle has been extended to form a larger lake, and a wooden walkway has been added across it. The café in the north-east has not changed.
In the southern half, the large lawn has been reduced in size, and the eastern part of it has been turned into a community garden. Meanwhile, the car park next to the entrance has been converted into a visitor centre, where people can also hire bicycles. As a result, there is no longer any parking inside the park.
