The line graph illustrates the proportion of adults in Country H who walked or cycled to work, broken down into four age groups, over the period from 2010 to 2026.

Overall, active commuting became more common among all groups under 60, with the most significant growth among the youngest adults. Throughout the period, people aged 18 to 29 had the highest rate, while those aged 60 and over consistently had the lowest, and the gap between them widened considerably.

In 2010, 22% of adults aged 18 to 29 walked or cycled to work, and this figure rose steadily to reach 38% in 2026. The rate for the 30–44 age group grew slowly at first, from 15% to 18% in 2018, before increasing more rapidly to 27% by the end of the period.

By contrast, the figure for people aged 45 to 59 rose only marginally, from 12% to 16%. The rate among those aged 60 and over remained broadly stable, fluctuating between 6% and 8%. As a result, the difference between the youngest and oldest groups more than doubled, from 14 to 31 percentage points.

I am writing to request some information about my health insurance policy, number NH-774-2208, which is provided through my employer, Lotus Logistics.

I moved to this city last month and have recently registered with a local clinic. However, the documents I received when I joined the company are quite brief, and I am not certain what my policy includes.

In particular, I would like to know whether the policy covers visits to a specialist if my GP gives me a referral, and whether dental check-ups are included. I would also be grateful if you could confirm the amount of the excess I am expected to pay for each visit, as the clinic mentioned a figure that was different from what I had understood.

Finally, could you please explain how to make a claim if I need treatment from a provider that does not send claims to you directly? I would like to know which documents I need to keep and how long the process usually takes.
