- Welcome, everyone, to Riverside Square. Many of you will remember it as little more than a car park with a few benches, so I hope you'll agree the transformation over the past two years has been considerable. Let me orient you using the map in your leaflet. We're standing on the north side, on Station Road, with the library on your left and the Old Town Hall on your right. The river runs along the southern edge.

- The first thing you'll probably notice is the fountain. It used to sit right outside the library, but readers complained about the noise, so it's been moved to the middle of the northern edge of the lawn – it's the first thing you see as you walk in from the station.

- If you need a coffee, the café is just next to the Old Town Hall, on the side facing Station Road. It's run by a social enterprise that trains young people, so the profits go back into the community.

- At the southern edge of the lawn, facing the river, there's a small open-air stage. In summer there are free concerts on Friday evenings, and on Saturdays the area around it becomes a farmers' market.

- Finally, the public toilets are in the south-east corner, behind the Old Town Hall, beside the river path. They're open from seven in the morning until ten at night.

- One last thing: the square is now closed to all vehicles, except for deliveries before ten in the morning. That was the most controversial decision, actually – some shop owners worried they'd lose customers – but so far footfall seems to have increased, though it's probably too early to be sure.

- Câu 1: It used to sit right outside the library → nếu chọn A là rơi vào bẫy vị trí cũ.
- Câu 9: hai mốc thời gian liền nhau (Friday evenings = hòa nhạc; Saturdays = chợ). Nghe đúng danh từ đi kèm.
