The bar chart compares the percentages of shoppers in Country Z who usually bought four kinds of product online or in store in 2025.
Overall, food and clothes were bought mainly in shops, whereas books and electronics were more often bought online. The biggest difference between the two ways of shopping was for food.
Food was by far the most popular product to buy in store, with 80% of shoppers choosing to buy it in a shop, compared with only 20% who bought it online. Clothes were also bought more often in store, although the gap was much smaller, at 55% and 45% respectively.
By contrast, online shopping was the preferred option for books and electronics. 70% of people bought books online, which was more than twice the figure for buying them in a shop (30%). Similarly, 60% of shoppers bought electronic goods online, while the remaining 40% went to a store.

The parcel arrived yesterday, but unfortunately there are two problems. Firstly, the shoes are size 40, not size 42 as I ordered, so they are much too small for me. Secondly, they are black rather than brown. I have attached a photo of the shoes and of the label on the box.
I bought these shoes because I am going to take part in a charity run at the end of this month, so I need the correct pair quite soon. I would therefore like to exchange them for the brown shoes in size 42. If they are no longer available, I would like a full refund.
