- Yes, there was a small warehouse years ago. So we can't plant directly in the ground. We'll need raised beds – wooden boxes filled with new soil.
- Kim
- That will cost money. My worry is funding.
- Raj
- I could ask the supermarket on the corner. They sometimes support local projects.
- Mrs Tran
- Good idea. But I think we should also ask each family to pay a small fee for their plot. People look after things better when they've paid something.
- Kim
- I agree. A small fee, plus whatever the supermarket gives. Agreed?
- Raj
- Agreed. Next – watering. The trouble is, there's no tap near the land.
- Mrs Tran
- We could collect rainwater from the roof of Block C in big containers.
- Kim
- That's fine for the rainy season, but not in the dry months. We'll need a long hose from the building as well.
- Raj
- OK, both, then. And how do we make sure people actually water the plants? Last year's flower project failed because nobody turned up after the first month.
- Kim
- Someone can't have organised it properly. Let's have a weekly rota on the noticeboard, with two people responsible each week.
- Mrs Tran
- And a group chat, so people can swap if they're busy. I'll set that up.
- Raj
- Great. I'll talk to the supermarket, and Kim, could you make a sign-up sheet for plots?
- Kim
- Sure. I'll put it in the lobby on Monday.

- Viết 4 câu suy đoán về một việc đã xảy ra ở nơi bạn sống/làm việc (10 phút).
- Chép chính tả đoạn về rota (5 phút).
