- Đánh giá trộn lẫn: It’s brilliant for X, but hopeless for Y → hỏi về X thì tích cực, hỏi về Y thì tiêu cực.
- Cụm đồng tình nhanh: Exactly, Same here, I couldn’t agree more. Không đồng tình: I’m not so sure, I found the opposite.

- True, I noticed that too. What about the summaries?

- I thought they were really useful – short and clear.
- Leo
- I'm not so sure. They were clear, but they sometimes left out things the lecturer said were important. I wouldn't rely on them before an exam.
- Hana
- Fair point. And the interface?
- Leo
- Very intuitive. I didn't need to read any instructions.
- Hana
- I couldn't agree more. My only worry is privacy. By default, it saves all recordings to the company's servers.
- Leo
- Really? I didn't check. Should students record other people, they'd need permission anyway, wouldn't they?
- Hana
- Exactly. So in our report, we should recommend changing the privacy setting so recordings stay on the phone.
- Leo
- Agreed. And the price – the free version only allows three hours a month.

- Which isn't enough for a full course. Were the university to pay for a group subscription, though, it might be worth it.
